Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

- Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Non-Eligible Returns
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage caused by the customer.
- Products returned after the 30-day window.
- Custom or personalized items.
3. Return Process

Approval Confirmation
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping or in-store drop-off.
Shipping Returns
- If mailing your return, ensure it is securely packaged and sent to the address provided by our support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
In-Store Returns
Bring your receipt and the item(s) to the nearest METACOMIC PRIVATE LIMITED location for assistance.
4. Refunds
- Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Shipping fees and other service charges are non-refundable.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
