  • Products returned after the 30-day window.
  • Custom or personalized items.

3. Return Process

Approval Confirmation

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping or in-store drop-off.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

In-Store Returns

Bring your receipt and the item(s) to the nearest METACOMIC PRIVATE LIMITED location for assistance.

4. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Shipping fees and other service charges are non-refundable.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items
